Stan Munro makes his life an unusual hobby - he creates entire cities out of toothpicks. It all started 10 years ago when his wife fell ill with polycystic liver disease. Stan had to quit work to care for her, and he began to collect models of buildings from toothpicks.Gradually, his hobby has progressed so much that he built a town. In 2006 he sold his first City of toothpicks to the museum in Spain. All that makes Stan - he creates for his wife, it serves as an inspiration for him. All of their creations Stan signs "I Luv Suzi". Woe to help Stan find the amazing creativity and his love for his wife helped her recover, and you never know, add up all of the other, perhaps we would not have seen when it is not these impressive buildings of toothpicks. Stan has created two huge project - City of toothpicks I: The history of skyscrapers and the city of toothpicks II: Temples & Towers. The city of toothpicks I: History of Skyscrapers contains over 50 known high-rise buildings around the world. The city of toothpicks II: Temples & Towers is a collection of more than 40-known religious buildings and tall buildings around the world, standing on an oval platform 24x28m in size. All structures will be built in scale 1:164. When work on the city is completed, it will be the largest building of toothpicks in the world, it will consist of 4 million toothpicks, which is almost twice as much than the first city.
